How do I create an account?
Click "Sign in", enter your email, and use the 6-digit verification code sent to your inbox. New accounts are created automatically after verification.
How do I start a chat?
Browse characters on the Explore page, click on one you like, and hit "Start Chat". You need to be signed in, and every new account starts with 50 hearts.
How do I create my own character?
Go to Create in the navigation and follow the 6-step wizard. Choose appearance, personality, and backstory from curated options.
Is Dream AI free?
Yes, Dream AI is currently free to access. Each message costs 1 heart, and every new account starts with 50 hearts.
Do you currently offer subscriptions or recurring billing?
No. Dream AI does not currently charge cards or offer recurring subscriptions. If this changes, billing and cancellation terms will be disclosed before checkout.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Use the report button in chat or email safety@dreamai.pw.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support@dreamai.pw with your account email to request deletion.
How do I reach billing support?
Email billing@dreamai.pw. We aim to respond to support, safety, privacy, and billing requests within 2 business days.
